Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe, welcoming, and collaborative ecosystem, all members of the AAU Startups Portal community are expected to adhere to the following standards:
- Treat all members with respect and professional courtesy
- Provide constructive, honest, and actionable feedback
- Respect intellectual property boundaries & privacy of other startups
- Engage in transparent, verified, and truthful communication
- Promptly report any platform violations or bad behavior
Application Guidelines
When submitting a startup profile, team profile, or applying for incubator assistance:
- Ensure all business, team, and academic records are accurate
- Clearly define your core problem statement and target audience
- Provide realistic milestones, timelines, and financial models
- Remain responsive to queries or requests for further details
- Iterate positively on recommendations from portal reviewers
Code of Conduct
We are deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform, community spaces, and associated events. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to immediate termination of platform access.
